Shipping Guide

1. Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once you place the order on our website and make payment for it, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.
Orders usually ship within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow an additional 3–7 days for delivery.

Eligible Free Shipping Items: Items showing “Free Shipping” after clicking the “Get Rates” button on the product page are eligible under our free-shipping policy.
Note: Free shipping applies only to orders shipped within the United States.

To USA: 2–6 business days
To other countries: 3–8 business days

Include a valid phone number so the carrier can contact you smoothly for delivery.

3. Freight (Shipping Charges)

Shipping fees are calculated based on the product's weight and destination country.
Different products and delivery locations may incur different freight costs.

4. Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the listed price or shipping fees.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
