   For parts like turbochargers and water pumps, please provide the model number and engine number, along with pictures of your old parts. For example, if you need a turbocharger for a Komatsu PC200-5 Excavator Engine S6D95, send us the model “Komatsu PC200-5”, engine “S6D95”, and pictures of your old turbocharger from different angles. Alternatively, you can provide information such as “Turbocharger for a Komatsu PC200-5 excavator with serial number 45001.” Supplying details like the model number, serial number, engine number, and pictures will help us confirm much quicker.

3. Tips for Buying Special Products

1. Engine Overhaul Rebuild Kit
   Most Cummins engine overhaul rebuild kits require piston confirmation, as the same engine model may have different piston types. We usually need the engine’s serial number rather than the engine number to confirm the piston type. If you don’t have the engine serial number, please send us pictures of your old pistons from different angles.

2. Parts for Travel Motor, Swing Motor, or Hydraulic Pump
   The nameplate on the assembly will be very helpful in identifying the correct parts.
